How do I choose a membership option?

We provide three membership options. You may choose any of the memberships as per your preference. Based on the membership chosen, you’ll get to enjoy the benefits that come with it.

What do I get as a member?

Based on the selected membership, you get to enjoy your private email inbox. No more @gmail, @yahoo, @aol, or any other freebies that make you feel like getting a bed inside a homeless shelter where there’s no privacy and what’s even worse? They’re selling you ads inside your own home. Now would you ever allow that inside your private property? No way…and that’s where we come in.

How long can the Application Process take?

From the time you submit your application for membership, if all looks good and the username is available, you’ll receive a welcome package with all the necessary information to get started with your private personalized email inbox within 3-5 business days. If for some reason, it’s been more than 5 days and you still haven’t heard back from us, please fill out the contact form to get in touch with our team.

Would I be able to get any username I want?

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that. The usernames are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. It means if a username you desire has already been taken by another member, the best way forward would be to get some other iteration of it or get creative (like “yourname”[email protected]). In the end, the exact username is only a part of all the things you get with your membership.

How long can I be a member?

Our memberships go month-to-month. Once you get your own inbox, it’ll auto-renew every month until you decide to cancel. You can manage your membership on our easy-to-use platform.

Can I change my membership type?

Absolutely you can. If you wish to change your membership type, our team would love to help out. If you wish to upgrade, it might take within 3-5 business days. For downgrade, it’ll be applicable at the end of your membership monthly cycle. You may keep your existing username if you wish or request a different one which will be approved based on availability.

Can I change my username?

Absolutely, if you wish to change your username, you can reach out to us via our Contact form and one of our team members will be able to assist you.

Can I cancel a membership?

Of course, we provide a minimalist, easy-to-use membership and profile management interface. If you run into any issues or have any questions, our team is always eager to help you out with any needs. We don’t want our customers to be unhappy. Customer security and happiness is our top priority.

What is your refund policy?

We offer month-to-month membership because it’s easier to manage and provides you with flexibility. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the membership, we’re unable to provide refunds. You can always choose to cancel your membership and it’ll not renew at the end of the current month as long as it is cancelled before the renewal date.
